I'm sitting here reading some NutriBullet posts and drinking the last of my Nutriblast. Simply enjoying the day and getting ready to get some exercise with my Wii game, Just Dance 3.
Suddenly, I'm hearing one of my favorite songs playing on Spotify "Emotions" by Mariah Carey.
I'm dancing in my chair and I cannot wait to start dancing.
Paraphrasing one of my favorite songs:

and I like the way I feel inside.
